Sustainable Manufacturing

We are a GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, BCI and SEDEX/SMETA accredited manufacturer, and roughly forty percent of our whole operation is already powered by renewable energy.

We would rather state that plainly than dress it up. Manufacturing garments does consume resources; the honest question is what you do about it next, and whether you can prove it.

Materials with a paper trail

We work with organic cotton under GOTS, recycled fibres under GRS, and OEKO-TEX certified inputs, alongside conventional fabrics where a collection calls for them.

That means the certification is a document a buyer or an auditor can ask to see, not an adjective on a product page. If a fabric cannot be certified, we say so before the order rather than after it.

Waste and energy

Fabric waste generated during production is collected and recycled wherever it is possible to do so, which is the part of a garment's footprint that a buyer never sees but a factory cannot hide.

In early 2021 we installed high-output solar panels on our headquarters building in Istanbul. Our new factory in Edirne will be fully solar powered when it is launched.

Audited, not self-declared

Our facilities hold ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 10002 management systems and are regularly audited by a lot of different audit companies, and our social compliance is assessed under SEDEX/SMETA.

If your compliance team wants to audit us, the documentation is already in place — which is usually quicker than a supplier promising to build it later.

  • GOTS and GRS certified facilities
  • OEKO-TEX and BCI accredited
  • SEDEX / SMETA social audit
  • Fabric waste recycled on site
  • Roughly 40% renewable electricity
  • Edirne factory fully solar powered
