ANT Textile works as a full-package manufacturing partner. That means a single team takes your style from the first sketch through development, sampling, production and delivery, instead of you coordinating several separate suppliers.
We produce knitwear and woven garments for women, men, children and babies, in fabrics ranging from everyday cotton and viscose blends to Tencel™, modal, bamboo, wool and silk. Most of our output goes to brands in Europe and the United States.
Our in-house fashion designers and textile engineers turn a brief or a mood board into production-ready styles, working through silhouette, fit, fabric choice and trims with you.
Pattern making and modelling are done in house, so samples are built to be manufactured rather than only to be photographed. Proto, fit and sales samples follow the same technical file.
We source the fibres and blends each collection needs — cotton, viscose, modal, Tencel™, bamboo, wool, silk, polyester and their blends — and match them to the hand, weight and performance the style requires.
Cutting and sewing run in our wholly owned factories in Istanbul, with jerseys accounting for around sixty percent of production and wovens for the remainder.
Garment dying, washing, printing and embellishment are coordinated as part of the same production plan, so the finishing steps do not become separate deliveries you have to chase.
A dedicated in-house inspection team controls quality from fabric receipt through to packing, with in-line checks at each stage and third-party laboratory testing arranged whenever a customer requires it.
Folding, hanging, polybagging, labelling and carton marking are prepared to your packing instructions and shipped from Istanbul, thirty minutes from the airport.
Our facilities hold GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, BCI and SEDEX/SMETA accreditation, run ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 10002 management systems, and are regularly audited by a lot of different audit companies.
You send a tech pack, a reference sample or simply an idea. We come back with honest feedback on construction, fabric options and anything that would be difficult or costly to produce.
We build the first sample, agree the fit and the tolerances, and close out the technical file before anything is quoted.
You receive a costed breakdown built on the agreed sample and specification, so the price you approve is the garment you receive.
Once the order is confirmed we schedule cutting and sewing, with our inspectors checking on the line rather than only at the end of the run.
Finished garments are inspected, packed to your instructions and shipped, with documentation prepared for your customs broker.
Three areas where our factories, our people and our certifications make the most difference to a collection.
Around sixty percent of our production is knitwear, from jersey and interlock basics to ribbed, polar and technical constructions.
Babies and children's wear is a defined part of our product mix, with the safety, testing and documentation that category requires.
Roughly forty percent of our operation already runs on renewable energy, and our Edirne factory will be fully solar powered when it is launched.
Beyond what we manufacture in our own factories, we also work as a one-stop solution for our customers. When a collection calls for products outside our own production — tricot knits, leather goods, footwear, accessories, underwear, socks or jewellery — we arrange their production at the most suitable specialist manufacturers and manage that sourcing on your behalf, rather than simply passing you a supplier's phone number.
Because of the volumes we place across these categories, we can secure competitive pricing and organise worldwide logistics at favourable rates — so your full range reaches you from a single point of contact.
Send a tech pack, a reference sample or a brief. We will come back with honest feedback on construction, fabric and feasibility.
